No, it is not possible to reserve a seat, except for concerts at Kunsthaus Nexus. There, the seat can be selected directly when purchasing tickets in the ticket store.

Yes, if there are still tickets available, they can also be purchased on site at our entrances or at the info desk.

Exchange and return of tickets is generally excluded, we ask for your understanding.

European Travel Insurance

The ticket cancellation insurance takes effect in the event of sudden illness or the like, whereby the additional surcharge is based on the ticket price. Please note that in the event of subsequent purchase (later than 3 days after purchase of the tickets), the insurance cover only takes effect from the 10th day after conclusion of the insurance.

No, you can also show your ticket on your smartphone, the QR is scanned at the entrance.

Park at the parking lots at the valley station Asitz and walk 5 minutes to the museum. We will provide exit tickets on site so that you can park for free.


Or travel directly and comfortably by bus. From the post office in Saalfelden you can take bus line 690 to Leogang, where you get off at the Hütten stop.
