No, a seat reservation is not possible. It's best to buy tickets online - that way you're sure to have your favorite seat.
Yes, if tickets are still available, they can also be purchased on site at our entrances or at the info desk in the Congress.
Exchange and return of tickets is generally excluded, we ask for your understanding.
The ticket cancellation insurance takes effect in the event of sudden illness or the like, whereby the additional surcharge is based on the ticket price. Please note that in the event of subsequent purchase (later than 3 days after purchase of the tickets), the insurance cover only takes effect from the 10th day after conclusion of the insurance.
Visitors of the Jazz Festival Saalfelden can use the bus line 620 in the route area Hinterthal to Saalfelden, the bus line 260 in the route area Brandlhof to Maishofen Lahntal, the line 690 in the route area Leogang Griessen to Saalfelden as well as the city bus lines 60,61 and 62 for the arrival and departure to or from the festival from 22.08 - 25.08.2023 for free.

No, you can also show your ticket on your smartphone, the QR is scanned at the entrance.
The Gruberhalle is approved for 500 people. Should the visitors exceed the maximum number of people, we ask for your understanding that we cannot allow any further access. The gates of the Gruberhalle will remain open during the concerts and so they can be enjoyed from the outside festival area. Seats cannot be reserved. We ask for your understanding.
Yes, from Thursday to Monday camping is possible again at the Ritzensee.A reservation in advance is neccessary.
No, basically not. Only small devices like cell phones can be plugged in, but no refrigerators, microwaves or anything else. This camping site is specially installed for the festival.
If you are dependent on assistance due to a walking disability, you can take your companion with you at a reduced price (seat 50%, standing room free). Please contact our ticket service, we will be happy to help you!
