During the Annual General Meeting of the Friend's Club, the 2022 jazz wines were selected.
A Friday the 13th brings good luck - and for the Jazzfestival this year also two excellent new jazz wines for the 42nd festival edition.
On May 13th, the annual general meeting of the Friend's Club was held in the usual manner at the Weinkistl Saalfelden. Following the meeting, host Georg Fürstauer invited to the wine tasting and presented the club members an exquisite selection of thirteen different wines. Almost unanimously, each an Austrian white as well as red wine were chosen as jazz wines 2022. Festival visitors can already look forward to the following wines:
White Edition: 2021 Roter Veltliner - Ried Marienburg / Winery Johannes Maringer in Ottenthal, Wagram, Lower Austria
Red Edition: 2019 Amo Rosso - Merlot x Shiraz / Winery Hannes Haiden in Oggau, Leithaberg, Burgenland
