Our house is located in the village Leogang-Dorf in a quiet, sunny location. Shops and good restaurants are within walking distance and within easy walking distance.
In the summer, the Sonnrain Freizeitanlaga offers an adventure swimming pool, tennis courts, beach volleyball, football pitch, sauna, all within a 3-minute walk. The cable car to our hiking and adventure mountain ASITZ is about 3 km away. But there are also wonderful hiking and biking trails, which you can start from the house.
In winter, the ski bus takes you directly to the entrance of the Skicircus Leogang-Saalbach-Hinterglemm, either to the ASITZ cable car or STEINBERGBAHN. Depending on the snowshipping you can go directly to the house via the ski route.
The small lift "SCHANTEI" with ski school and rental, as well as the ski bus and cross-country ski runs are reachable in 3 minutes on foot.
